V-Return Trackers are used to auto align the misaligning belt more effectively on the return side of the conveyor system. This external central pivoting mechanism was developed for obviating the need for a single, large drum roller and enabling a concentric and balanced rotation to be achieved. This results in extended bearing life and a very fast and effective conveyor belt tracking system.
Exceptional Performance: Two separate rollers are mounted into the external pivot mechanism and this rollers can be individually replaced when it wear out.
Rugged Sealing System: Steel end caps are pressed into the bearing housing.
Lagging: Available in high abrasive rubber lagging.
Double Bearing: Deep groove ball bearing & thrust bearings have been used for heavy-duty and high-speed application
Easy to install: width and height can be adjusted flexibly according to the fixing and operational requirements.
