Self Cleaning Flat Return Idlerare mainly used in the conveyor application of sticky and very viscous materials, as these materials easily adhere on the carrying surface of the belt and thereby material also gets assembled on the return rollers. All this results in decrease in belt life and increases the load on the drive of the conveyor. We manufacture highly efficient Self Cleaning Flat Return Idlers which are designed to provide cleaning action on the top surface of the conveyor belt while on returning side, by assembling rubber rings in various shapes & styles over the top of traditional return idlers. The cleaning surface is shaped by giving clear space & Spiral spacing between rings over the top surface of the roller. It is always recommendable to install these idlers on short or long distance conveyors carrying tacky materials.

Bearings: Self-lubricated deep groove ball bearings are used, thus do not require any greasing from outside.
Performance: Excellent and reliable performance in high speed conveyor system.
Lagging: Available in high abrasive rubber lagging.
Maintenance Free: Closed bearing housing does not allow any dust, moisture and contaminated particle to enter inside thus preventing jamming.
Corrosion Resistance Body: Idler frame is manufacture with high strength mild steel and painted with powder coated colour to make it corrosion free.
