Bearings: Self-lubricated deep groove ball bearings are used, thus do not require any greasing from outside.
Individual roller replacement: Rollers can be replaced individually.

Lagging: Available in high quality rubber rings.
Maintenance Free: Closed bearing housing does not allow any dust, moisture and contaminated particle to enter inside thus preventing jamming.
Corrosion Resistance Body: Idler frame is manufacture with high strength mild steel and painted with powder coated colour to make it corrosion free.
